Boris Johnson has announced several changes to the government's response to the crisis. A new five-tier Covid Alert Level (CAL) has been introduced, with corresponding social distancing measures - a higher CAL will mean stricter measures, and a lower CAL will mean more relaxed measures. He has announced that people who cannot work from home, such as those working in construction or manufacturing, should return to work if they can, but should avoid public transport. Unlimited outside exercise is now permitted. You must still follow social distancing guidelines in public spaces, and fines for failing to do so are to be increased shortly. For more details, you can read the full address here.
